Storing Pokémon Trading Cards
All Pokémon cards are stored in a dark, secure environment at room temperature to help protect against light exposure, moisture, and heat. Proper storage is essential for maintaining card condition, and we take care to ensure cards are kept safe from the moment they enter our collection.

Handling Pokémon Trading Cards
Cards are handled carefully at all times and are kept sleeved throughout storage and preparation. We avoid unnecessary handling, ensuring cards are not removed from their protective sleeves unless absolutely required. This helps preserve surfaces, edges, and corners in their original condition.

Shipping & Tracking Information
Every card is shipped with protection in mind. Cards are placed in a protective sleeve and top loader to prevent bending or damage during transit, with additional packaging used where appropriate.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, using the delivery method selected at checkout, and all shipments are fully tracked so customers can follow their order from dispatch to delivery.
